All transactions carried out on FastPay are considered final. However, refunds may be issued in specific cases where transactions fail or errors occur.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

• Failed transactions where payment was deducted but service not delivered
• Duplicate transactions
• System errors resulting in incorrect charges
• Unauthorized transactions reported promptly

3. Non-Refundable Transactions

• Successful airtime or data purchases
• Electricity bill payments already processed
• Exam pins or digital products already delivered
• Incorrect details entered by the user (e.g., wrong phone number or meter number)

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, users must contact our support team with the following details:

• Transaction ID
• Date and time of transaction
• Description of the issue

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days, depending on the payment method and financial institution.

6. Refund Method

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method or FastPay wallet, where applicable.

7. Fraud Prevention

FastPay reserves the right to investigate and decline refund requests suspected of fraudulent activity or abuse of the system.
