All successfully processed transactions are considered final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
If a user’s account is debited and the service is not delivered, the transaction will be investigated and refunded within 3–5 business days after confirmation.
Duplicate or erroneous payments confirmed by our system will be reviewed and refunded accordingly.
To initiate a dispute, users must contact our support team with transaction details and proof of payment.
FastPay.ng reserves the right to deny refund requests found to be fraudulent or misleading.
